From the FrontlinesSeen in UkraineAuthor:Breven AddingtonUpdated:Nov 13, 2019Original:Jun 21, 2019by Breven AddingtonI’m currently training with the Ukrainian Army. Here are some of the cool vehicles I’m encountering. A unique armored Humvee domestically modified in the Ukraine. It has BRDM-esque window covers and vision blocks. This photo of an M1097A1 and a BMP-1 would have meant a very different thing in 1986! This is BAT-M dozer on an AT-T heavy artillery tractor chassis. The cab of the AT-T is a widened cab of ZIS-150 truck. It is similar to the cab of International K Series trucks. This light truck is a domestically produced copy of a Chinese Great Wall brand truck which, in turn, is a copy of a Chevy Colorado. This truck was selected to replace the Soviet era UAZ light truck.
