The M715:The Other Military Jeep

In 1965, Kaiser Jeep designed and developed the M715 1 1/4 ton series truck, which was purchased by the U.S. military to replace the M37. In many ways this was the first U.S. military tactical truck to be built with mostly off-the-shelf civilian components since before WWII.
