A federal judge has dismissed a Louisville millionaire's lawsuit against a gun collector accused of marking up prices on antique firearms.
Owsley Frazier sued Michael K. Salisbury in 2004, claiming Salisbury overcharged him by more than $1.5 million for famous antique guns.
U.S. District Judge John Heyburn wrote in an order that the two parties had reached a settlement. Heyburn signed an order Thursday dismissing the suit.
Frazier befriended Salisbury in the late 1990s and asked him to build a firearms collection for a Louisville museum he was developing.
In a separate criminal trial last year, Salisbury, of Owens Crossroads, Ala., was acquitted of felony fraud and money laundering charges. - AP
