The Marlboro Volunteers Inc. will offer a unique and educational experience during its annual “Ride Through History” set for July 21-22 in Alliance, Ohio.

The historical and educational organization represents all U.S. Wars from the French & Indian to the present. During the Ride Through History, members of the group display restored military vehicles and present living history camps -- all dating back to the Revolutionary War.

A highlight of the encampment is the Mobile Museum of U.S. Military History -- a 48-foot moving van which has been converted into a traveling museum. Visitors enter and view memorabilia, weapons, uniforms and photos. There is also a medical tent which houses a display of medical equipment.

Ride Through History will take place on a 330-acre tract of land located at 16125 Armour St. NE in Alliance, July 21 from 9-5 and July 22 from 9-4. Parking is free. Admission is $7 for adults and $4 for children under 12.
