Land mine found in Goodwill donation box
Goodwill workers in Colorado found an unwelcome donation.

A Claymore land mine, typical of those used during the Vietnam War, was found in a Goodwill donation box yesterday in the Denver, Colo. suburb of Arvada.
The olive-green, rectangular box was printed with the words “Front Toward Enemy and discovered by Goodwill workers. Police were contacted and the nearby strip mall evacuated.
A bomb squad safely disposed the device.
No suspects have been identified.
