Item #14-4-2. Clem from Missouri says, "I bought this dark blue with red chevrons patch in a tailor shop in Saigon during the war. The owner had specialized in French Foreign Legion tailoring. As you can see, it has two red chevrons above a silver metal Legion grenade (signifying "cavalry"). The Legion uses chevrons of gold or blue, so the red is most unusual. Can anyone tell me what unit wore this?
