“My M718A1 was used as a runabout jeep on a military base after it was taken out of service. All of the ambulance parts had been removed, they added a hardtop and it was covered in carc paint. The data plate was still in place. After 10 years of collecting parts, I was able to restore it to its original condition.” — Buddy Ham
